Midsummer Lunch

Menu:
Fruit with Yogurt/Whipped Cream Dip
Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
Water with Lemon and Lime

Flowers:
Basil
Broccoli Sprouts

The pasta salad is so easy. You mix together shredded chicken breast (I used a store-bought roaster chicken breast), one head of Romaine, one container of Marie's Caesar dressing (from the refrigerated section), a small tub of shredded Parmesan cheese, and a 16 ounce package of Penne. Toss ingredients in a large bowl and serve cold! Recipe via creativityexchange
