Summer Fruit Tart

So this is a little bit of an insider recipe since I sell these tarts through Maddy Lu. I couldn't resist, considering July 4th is in just a few days, and maybe someone is looking for a recipe to bring to a cook out. This one is super simple and looks WAY harder than it actually is. They really should be assembled and eaten the same day. To keep the bananas from browning, soak them in lemon juice (bottled is fine) for a few minutes before placing them on the tart.
